    We are thrilled to share that Frankel Dentistry has been honored with the prestigious 2023 Torch Award by the Better Business Bureau (BBB). This honor is a testament to our unwavering commitment to integrity and ethics within our dental practice. Winning the Torch Award is not just an acknowledgment; it is a reflection of our dedication to upholding ethical business practices and setting a commendable example for others in the industry.

    At Frankel Dentistry, we firmly believe in and follow our Core Values of Serve All, Always Better G.E.T (gratitude, encouragement, trust). We have been guided by these core values since 1946 with Dr. Sheldon Frankel and since 1946 Frankel Dentistry has been committed to delivering the highest quality dental care while prioritizing the well-being of our patients. We strive to maintain our incredible relationships built on honesty, respect, and transparency. This award validates our dedication to ethical practices and reinforces our unwavering commitment to serving and preserving the trust of our patients.

    We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the BBB Foundation for this remarkable recognition and we cannot thank you team enough for their dedication and commitment to both patients and one another. Their consistent adherence to our values has been instrumental in our success within the community. As if this recognition couldn’t be more than enough, our triumph was showcased in the heart of Times Square! So cool. Thank you BBB and Ramp for this incredible feature. Also congratulations to our fellow finalist, Kripke Enterprises. It is an honor to stand aside one another as we work towards the betterment of our community.

    Happy Twenty Twenty-Tooth! The new year is here and our team is back in the office changing lives a smile at a time! As we prepare to take on the year ahead, we like to come back to where it all started with our core values. Always Better, Serve All, and G.E.T, gratitude, encouragement, and thankfulness. 

    After careful thought and consideration, we have decided to make a slight change. Thankfulness is now trust. 

    Frankel Dentistry is built on trust. Patients’ trust in us and our trust in one another.

    Our last 75 years of dedication to the Toledo and Maumee community would not be possible without patients’ belief in us. Studies have shown trust in healthcare providers is linked to improved patient experience and health outcomes. Ultimately we are here to create the best dental care experience for everyone who walks into our office. When it comes to teamwork, trust often provides greater successes and growth both personally and professionally. Our practice is grateful to work with healthcare providers, doctors, and staff who make us feel encouraged and trusted.
