As a marketing and advertising specialist I understand what the essence of a brand entails. And how the patient experience makes all the difference between gaining an advocate of your brand or a critic. Dr. Frankel an his team are doing everything right. Beyond the excellent care people have come to expect, the entire staff is pleasant, informative, comforting and excellent at what they do. They pay attention to all the details, so you don’t have to, which makes your experience that much more enjoyable.
Dental Veneers are a quick, permanent way to replace broken, chipped, stained or crooked teeth. Beautifully shaped porcelain sheaths, veneers allow a smile of ideal proportion and color.
The process is
relatively expeditious, a brief two weeks. After a thorough evaluation including dental impressions (a mold of your teeth is made by gently biting into a soft plastic material as it slowly hardens) a dental arts lab designs a wax mock-up of your teeth.
The teeth are prepared and the gum line (if needed) recontoured. Often water laser is used to reshape the gum line (lengthening the teeth and evening any irregularities). Dr. Frankel uses Biolase to reduce a gummy smile or keep the gum line consistent with the smile line. Temporary or provisional veneers are placed. Two weeks later, the porcelain veneers are permanently bonded in place.

I love going to my dentist because of the genuine friendly and helpful spirit that is 
present at Dr. Frankel’s office. When I first came to this office I would get panic attacks in the chair as my past experiences with dentists had been so horrific. I can’t say enough good about my dentist and my dental hygienist–as well as the dental assistants. I appreciate the professionalism, the decor, the kind of service, and the interest each staff member seems to take in me. It is unheard of to get a referral to a specialist from any Dr. and get in the same day!
